  • An evidence-based, international model of suicide prevention. 

    This gatekeeper training takes about 1.5/2 hours. The minimum number of attendees is 5. Maximum is 25. 

    Attendees will learn: 

    • How to Question, Persuade and Refer someone who may be suicidal

    • How to get help for yourself or learn more about preventing suicide

    • The common causes of suicidal behavior

    • The warning signs of suicide

    • How to get help for someone in crisis

  • Trans LifeLine

    Free, confidential, and anonymous phone service run by trans/nonbinary operators for trans and questioning peers. The hotline is open 24/7 with operators guaranteed to be on call between 7 am-2 am Pacific / 10 am-5 am Eastern. Trans LifeLine will not call 911, emergency services, or law enforcement for active rescue without a caller’s consent.

    24/7 free crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQ young people under 25.

    3Rivers Wellness
