I am valuable, so you are valuable.

Respect: You, Others, All

Our Story

In 2015, Scott Haddix and Amy Hanna met with a few other former colleagues to talk about starting a non-profit with a mission of educating students in the classroom on the importance of self-respect and respect for others, empowering their families as they worked to instill respect in their homes, and engaging students in the community by connecting them to positive resources. Pooling their money together, they filed for a 501c3 and formed Respect360, now called the RespectTeam.

They began with 12 schools in Allen County and have since grown their organization to serve over 40 schools across 6 counties in Northeast Indiana. RespectTeam consists of extremely passionate and well-involved organization speakers who facilitate curriculum approved by the Indiana Department of Education. They speak in the classrooms of middle schools and high schools, and through storytelling and facilitation, they allow students to participate in enriching dialogue about self-respect and respect of others.

By going into the classrooms of middle schools and high schools, our speakers use storytelling and facilitation to engage students in enriching dialogue.
